Internet Access Management

• Internet OFF/ON switch enables you to turn ON/OFF the internet access for an individual or group of computers (or users) with a single click.

• Internet Scheduler enables the internet access for a group of computers (or users) during the specified time limits. You can schedule the time during which your employee can access the internet on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• Port Blocking & Filtering provides an additional security to your network and acts as a pseudo firewall to block any inbound or outbound traffic through a vulnerable port.
• Website Filtering is a very useful feature which will enable you to decide on which websites your subordinates should browse. While the Internet Access is Turned ON, all the websites except those given in the blacklist are accessible. On the other hand, if the Internet Access is turned OFF, all the websites except those given in the Whitelist are blocked.
• File Filtering is another often sought after feature to block any unwanted downloads and hence saves unnecessary bandwidth usage during the productive working hours. For example if you don’t want your employees to download any malicious software or movies, just block the desired extensions such as .mpg, .mpeg, .avi, .zip, .exe etc.
• SMTP Filtering can block any email addresses or domains there by ensuring that any sensitive data does not leave your company premises. This is another way of securing your company from data theft.
• POP3 Filtering blocks emails from domains other than those allowed according to company policy. This not only secures your computers against spam mails, but also prevents employees from wasting working hours on reading forwarded emails.

Application Access Management

• EXE Blocker enables you to block games or unwanted software that you want to restrict the user to access. This help to prevent users from installing unwanted software or to misuse the system at workplace. To block application you need add the application name to the list. If you already have list of application in a text file that needs to be blocked can be easily imported to the list and also exported to the text file from the list.
• Window Blocker blocks the application usage with the specified Window Title. With the combination of EXE Blocker and Window Blocker, CybSecure can block the usage of any unwanted applications in your computer.
• EXE/Window Scheduler schedules the usage of the blocked applications on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The Application that you have blocked using EXE Blocker and Window Blocker can be made access to the users for a particular time specified in the Scheduler. This feature can be used effectively at work location where in the employee’s can be granted access to specific time. For example, using daily scheduler during leisure time employees can be permitted to access games related application.

Additional Features

• Bypass Filter option will help users to devoid any applications from any type of filtering. Some crucial applications will work only if internet is accessible for them, for instance Windows Update. In order to enable Windows Update to access the internet regardless of the internet settings, you can add them to the bypass application list.
• Customized Filter Message helps to customize the message shown when a blocked website is visited or when an unwanted application is run.
• Password Protection will enable the administrator to protect changes in the program settings.
